WHAT IS THE CLIENT AREA?

Each client gets a private project management area to ease communications.  The client will be assigned a log-in user name and password. This can be accessed on the upper right hand corner of our website where each client can find status of their projects, invoices, proposals, and payment information.

 

WHO WILL BE MY CONTACT PERSON?

Your account manager will handle all aspects of your work, review your project and assign your project to an appropriate cad drafting team.

 

HOW CAN WE COMMUNICATE?
Email or phone are usually the best way to communicate. We are also available on Skype.

 

WHAT IS THE PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT?
We accept all major credit cards, bank wire transfer, PayPal, Checks or Money Orders.  Checks may require clearance prior to release of work for new customers. All credit card payments are processed by a secure online payment services and are not processed internally for security.

 

WHAT IS OUR CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY?

All files and information will be kept confidential. Our firm and staff agree that no information regarding the project will be disclosed to any third party, without the prior consent of the client.  We will gladly sign any non-disclosure agreement if requested.
